Personally, I found the hotel to be very pleasant and cozy. The room was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was diverse and excellent. The hotel staff was very friendly, patient, and helpful. They were available all day and night to assist me.

The price was decent for the amenities provided. the staff were friendly and accommodating despite their limited English proficiency. the location was great for attending events at the nearby expo center and shopping at the mall next door.

The room cleanliness was not up to par. There were a few cockroaches and hot water wasn't consistent.
